There might be hope for online poker yet.

Finally someone in Congress is showing some resemblance to intelligence. Florida's Congressman Robert Wexler recently introduced legislation that would provide a "carve out" in the UIGEA for online poker, same as those that now exist for horse racing and lotteries.
