There might be hope for online poker yet.

Finally someone in Congress is showing some resemblance to intelligence. Florida's Congressman Robert Wexler recently introduced legislation that would provide a "carve out" in the UIGEA for online poker, same as those that now exist for horse racing and lotteries. The reason suggested for the carve out is based on the premise that poker is a game of skill. Wow, who would have guessed?
